Thank you for visiting our website introducing Mioxide NT.

In 2009 after researching and investigating the geological settings near Alice Springs, I came across small black rocks that left tiny glistening particles on hands after handling. This unique rock soon became my passion and focus.

I became involved with a company operating in the area looking to define an iron ore deposit suitable for export for iron and steel making. Their operating geologist introduced me to the mineralogical differences of Micaceous Hematite and ferrous oxide.

Armed with this new knowledge, I commenced a five-year investigation which has taken me to the UK, Europe and Japan and introduced me to researchers, traders and consumers ultimately broadening my understanding of the products and industrial applications for micaceous and normal iron oxides.

When an opportunity arose to acquire a share in the exploration licence area hosting the MIO, I took this opportunity, later converting the part share to 100% ownership. In 2019, I partnered with Ferrum Consultancy partners, and we are now forging ahead to bring the Centralian Iron Oxide Project to development, and we welcome inquiries from potential customers and investors alike.
